Webhooks
The Webhooks section allows to manage your webhooks. A webhook is a call made to an address when an action is done. Here, the actions can be an hardbounce return, the reading or the opening of an email. You are notified as soon as an email status change happens, in real time.
When the call is made to the determined address, we push into the settings several information allowing you to insert and link data into your information system.
The use of webhooks require 2 actions :
- Set up the webhooks in Tipimail. To do so, click on the add button and fill the address we will have to call and the actions to monitor.
- Create a script to handle the returns. Some scripts exemples are available on the Integration > Webhooks sections to help you implement webhooks into you information system
