Prestashop

Prestashop is an E-commerce Open source plateform. You can send all the emails of your Prestashop platform with Tipimail like order confirmation or account creation. The SMTP configuration of your Drupal platform is done in the Control Panel.

• Log on as administrator on your Prestashop
• Click Advanced setting then Email

• Tick the checkbox “Use my SMTP settings”

• Then enter the following information:
  • Sending domain name: your domain
  • SMTP server : smtp.tipimail.com
  • Username : SMTP user name provided by Tipimail
  • Password : one of your APIs generated keys
  • Encryption : None or TLS / SSL according the security level you want to use.
  • Port : by default 25. You can choice 587 with the dedicated encryption
